2026 Wildhorse Pow Wow Vendors

This site is to sign up/purchase a vendor spot at the 2026 Wildhorse Pow Wow. The Pow Wow is again on the South Lawn of Wildhorse. Space is limited. Once you select and submit your space, the committee will evaluate and select vendors. You will be notified no later than June 23. Selection is not guaranteed. If applicable, refunds will be issued once vendors are determined. 

Select size one of these types:

1. 10x10 Food
2. 10x10 Arts/Crafts
3. 10x20 Food
4. 10x20 Arts/Crafts
5. Electricity is optional and may be added on for $40 each, up to two. Those vendors with freezers must purchase two. 

• Changes may not be made once transaction is complete. An electronic application form will be emailed to the address provided. It must be reviewed, signed and returned by email. Food vendors must include food handler permits for ALL workers. 
• Vendor spaces may only be reserved online. There is no opportunity for in-person or mail-in reservations.
• Due to limited space, there are no vendor discounts.
• IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: PLEASE BRING WEIGHTS FOR TENTS/AWNING. SOME VENDORS SPACES ARE ON PAVEMENT.
• You must provide your own garbage cans. Vendors may not use public garbage cans for their refuse. 
• Petitions or any propaganda are prohibited.
• Vendors set up is Thursday, July 2 from 12noon-5pm.
